Mobile Personal Training
Training in the privacy of your own home can save you travel time and money, whilst providing an alternative to gym based exercise. Not everyone enjoys training in the gym environment and if you feel intimidated to go, it can put you off wanting to train. My training takes place in the comfort of your own home, which means you can focus on enjoying your sessions and achieving your goals. Plus, as I come to you, there's no talking yourself out of doing a session, as I'll be there on your doorstep with a bucket full of motivation ready to train you! Whether your aim is to lose weight, increase mobility, or improve your fitness levels, I will design a personalised plan to help you reach your goals.
Personal Training Packages include -
Initial Consultation, including health and fitness testing
1-2-1 training sessions in your own home or location of your choice, tailored to support your fitness or weight loss goals

Joint Personal Training Sessions
Training with a friend or family member often helps with motivation and commitment, whilst sharing the cost of Personal Training. It does help if your health and fitness goals are similar, however you do not need to be at the same starting point. Joint training packages include the same benefits as 1-2-1 packages.
